Hmm when will there be new ones out?

I’ve only done about 45-49 White Mountain puzzles. I’ve tried others but White Mountain is the best.

i got a puzzle that the pieces were not…

i got a puzzle that the pieces were not cut through. I sent the required information. They have followed up with me and are sending me a new puzzle. Thank you Customer Service for being on your toes!

They always are out of stock

They always are out of stock. Have been looking for Beach House for a long time never in stock. Have put in the notice when in stock. They have emailed me.

Sorry to say I just bought a new White…

Sorry to say I just bought a new White Mountain puzzle and two pieces were stuck together. I made the mistake of trying to separate them and ruined them. I should have just left them together. I'll know better the next time.
I just put the pieces all back in the box. I no longer felt like making it.

I had an issue but they helped me out

I had an issue last year with an order taken but never delivered and after waiting for a month they finally told me it was out of stock. I did complain and they gave me a credit for a mew puzzle at least they addressed my issue which I appreciated.

You need better quality control

You need better quality control. The last 15 puzzles I have bought have been horrible. Pieces stuck together, horrible puzzle dust. Ever since the Covid your company has declined. There is no reason your quality is so horrible.
